star wars battlefront 2 mods

This is old and nobody cares anymore but I must wonder why are the cool battlefront mods for PC and not for xbox? PC has better maps, soilders, and heros. I think they should have given them to xbox it could hold more info than PC could and more people had and have more games on the consoles then PC games do on computers it's weird at least to me so if they do create a battlefront three than I hope they have new characters for 360 and Pc without them being mods.
